No returns accepted

 We have a 30-day policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us concerning any issues with your purchase at support@avenavitality.com.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
Contact us at support@avenavitality.com for any refund requests. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@avenavitality.com.

We provide you with two options in the event you receive the wrong item or item is damage. One is the refund, and the second is the exchange. It's up to you to choose the one that suits you. In the case of a refund, we take 7-10 business days for the refund in your account.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If your product is damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. To make a claim, you will provide photos of the damaged products and their packaging. Once we verify the damage, we will send you a replacement item at no extra cost.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has shipped, the order will not be able to be canceled. We do not offer cancellation for customized or personalized products once the production process has begun..
